Celine - Goose Island Brewery

Celine - Dark Farm House Ale @gooseisland Celine was matured in Pinot Noir barrels with two strains of Brettanomyces yeast and cherries. Pours very dark with almost a non-existing foam. She opens up with wonderful notes of dark cherries, leather, funk and grape skins. The taste lives up to the aromas and tingle the tongue with oakiness, tart, farm house funk, prominent citrus flavours and leather on the finish. A good barrel aged beer that will continue to mature well.
