Thick soapy,white colored head that stands one finger tall,with moderate retention and sticky lacing.The body is a light amber/orange color with low clarity,and distorted light showing through the glass.

Smell- On the nose , a sweet bready malt and cracker,with light banana notes.The smell is very bright and pleasant.

Taste- The palate follows the nose with sweet bready malt up front,sweet banana in the middle, and sweet toasted crackers on the back end.Very good tasting,and drinkable.

Feel- The mouth feel is medium with a sticky texture.Moderate amount of oxidation on the tongue.Smooth finish.

A good hefe, on par with varieties by Scheider & Sohn, and Weihenstaphaner, among others.
